On Tuesday, September 30, the management team of Safety Line Security & Service GmbH met at the stylish Lufthansa Hotel in Seeheim-Jugenheim to experience a compact yet intensive day of strategy and team development.
Moderation by Thomas Egenolf – empathetic and competent
The seminar was moderated by Thomas Egenolf from the company Wandelplan. In his role as a systemic coach, he skillfully guided us through interactive exercises and reflection sessions, promoting understanding of internal communication and optimized workflows – a topic particularly close to the heart of our shareholder Matthias Herteux.
Focus: Communication & Processes
One key focus was the exchange about existing internal processes: What works well, where is there room for improvement – and how can we jointly define the next steps? In open discussions, we explored the following questions:
- How have our security and service offerings (including patrol and property protection, reception, and concierge services) evolved?
- Which digital solutions, such as visitor management and guard control systems, are we already using successfully, and where can we further expand them?
A central motto of the meeting was: T-E-A-M – Together Everyone Achieves More. Through targeted team-building activities, we strengthened our cohesion and reminded ourselves that harmonious collaboration is the foundation of excellent service – whether in reception services, concierge services, event security, or management.

Site Manager Markus Boller and Managing Director Matthias Herteux share their experiences from everyday work at Safety Line. Thanks to flat hierarchies, there is constant contact between management and staff, enabling effective collaboration.
Together, we reflected on our mission statement:
At Safety Line, we act together yet independently to ensure long-term success. We conduct ourselves at all levels with appreciation, enthusiasm, and respect.
Together, we questioned and discussed each word of the mission statement – what does “together,” “independent,” “appreciation,” or “enthusiasm” mean for each individual? This reflection strengthens awareness of lived values in our daily work.

Conclusion with “Warm Shower”
To wrap up, all participants received a personal “Warm Shower” – small, appreciative messages from colleagues. These heartfelt responses provided an emotional conclusion to the day and highlighted the strong sense of connection within the team.
Conclusion
The management meeting on September 30 was a complete success. We strengthened internal communication, reflected on our structures, and focused on our shared values. Thanks to the expertise of Thomas Egenolf and the active participation of everyone – especially Site Manager Matthias Kothe, who probably contributed the most – we were able to sustainably reinforce the team spirit with T-E-A-M.
At Safety Line Security & Service GmbH, we remain true to our path: providing high-quality security services, professional reception and concierge service, complemented by digital tools such as an online guard control system or software for our duty scheduling, all with the goal of ensuring the highest customer orientation and security – always as a team.
Many thanks to everyone involved – here’s to continued successful collaboration! 😊
