Matthias Herteux, a passionate security expert and entrepreneur, has been the owner and managing director of Safety Line Security & Service GmbH since January 1, 2024. He also owns the company TerraTess Event-Service e.K. His outstanding organizational skills enable him to achieve excellent results even in times of personnel shortages. In his free time, the father of two is actively involved in sports, regularly attends concerts, and volunteers in local community organizations.

Since April 1, 2025, Daniela Gröbel-Becker has been Managing Director of Safety Line Security & Service GmbH. With her extensive experience and expertise, she oversees the areas of marketing, sales, and human resources. Born in Karlsruhe and a marketing enthusiast, she brings fresh ideas and strategic visions to further optimize Safety Line’s security and service offerings and to successfully lead the company into the future.

Lennart Martin has been with Safety Line Security & Service GmbH since February 1, 2021. Coming from the event industry, he has established himself as an expert in security concepts and the comprehensive execution of large-scale projects. Since January 1, 2024, he has served as Operations Manager and acts as a key link between project teams and executive management. He is also one of the main points of contact for our clients and prospective customers.
