Training at Safety Line: As a security company, we carry responsibility – for our clients, but of course also for the next generation of professionals. That’s why we at Safety Line Security & Service GmbH are proud to be a recognized training company. We regularly train young people to become service staff for protection and security as well as specialists for protection and security – with a clear concept and a lot of passion.
Two paths – one goal: Security with perspective
All our trainees start with the two-year training program as a service staff for protection and security. This provides a solid introduction to the world of security services – from property protection and access control to legal fundamentals and de-escalation techniques.
Those who want to go even further have the opportunity to add a third year of training and complete the qualification as a specialist for protection and security. This year delves deeper into topics such as deployment planning, operational organization, and customer communication – ideal for anyone aiming to take on leadership responsibilities in the future.
Why training is so important to us
Well-trained personnel are the foundation of any high-quality security service. That’s why we consciously invest in training young people – on the one hand, to ensure our own quality standards, and on the other, because we are convinced: Training is a social responsibility. Companies that provide training take responsibility – for the industry, for the region, and for the future.
Strong location, strong area of operation
Our training location in Wiesbaden is conveniently situated near Frankfurt am Main – right in the heart of the Rhine-Main region. Our areas of operation extend from Frankfurt throughout the entire Rhine-Main region, the Rhine-Neckar region, all the way to Aschaffenburg and Koblenz. This means our trainees experience the diversity of the security industry up close – in a wide range of assignments and exciting client projects.

Personally supported: Our trainer Wilma Ries
A special highlight of our training program is our experienced trainer Wilma Ries. With extensive expertise, patience, and empathy, she guides our trainees throughout their apprenticeship. She understands the challenges of everyday work as well as the concerns and questions of young people – and always has a sympathetic ear for both. Her dedicated support ensures that our trainees grow not only professionally, but also personally.
